This is a training that has to do with the training  of Seafarers on the basic of fire fighting  procedures on board in case of any fire accident.This training course is made up of  two parts,part one is the theory  and the part two is the practical session where real practical fire fighting will take place at the Fire Dome owned by the Bagafishri Maritime Safety Training Centre in Ipaja, Lagos.

Blending theory with practical training, the marine firefighting program provides municipal fire departments with the knowledge and skills they need to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a number of emergencies that can occur on the water. This includes situations like ship fires, 'man overboard', and more
